Attorney office

Iva Grbić

Attorney Iva Grbić is a member of the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK)

About me

She began her legal career in Zagreb, working on cases in the areas of enforcement law, family law, land registry matters, and commercial law. This early experience shaped her thoroughness, analytical approach, and attention to detail, which remain the foundation of her professional work today.

She further expanded her legal expertise in the field of damages and insurance law—covering everything from claim assessment and reporting to negotiations and litigation—gaining a deep understanding of liability and the complexities inherent in legal relations.

Her work within the public healthcare system opened a new professional chapter focused on employment law and the specific regulations governing the provision of healthcare services. In this environment she developed a nuanced sense for balancing professional obligations with human responsibility.

Driven by a desire to return to advocacy, she continued providing legal assistance across various areas of law, combining precision, empathy, and practical experience. Today, through her own law office, Iva Grbić offers legal advice and representation that provide clients with confidence, clarity, and trust.

Professionalism is the foundation of our work. We approach every matter with responsibility, diligence and the respect owed to both the law and our clients. We believe that trust is built through integrity and dedicated effort — for only in this way can we justify the confidence you place in us.

Individual Approach – Unusquisque suam rem maxime diligit (Everyone values their own affairs most highly)

Every client has a unique story, set of needs and objectives. We therefore approach each case individually — with understanding and careful attention to detail. This allows us to develop solutions precisely tailored to your situation.

Thoroughness – In dubio pro veritate (In doubt, for the truth)

We believe that thoroughness is the key to success. Every case is analysed comprehensively in order to understand all of its aspects and identify the most reliable path to resolution. Always in search of the truth — because only the truth leads to a just outcome.

Continuous Professional Development – Nulla aetas ad discendum sera (It is never too late to learn)
